Ringing for other Call Apperance Keys

I have an operator.We programmed 6 call appearance buttons to her 5420 set.My problem is that when one call comes to this extension it is ok it rings but when a second call comes to this set while talking with the first one , I want to ring like a first call appearance key ( not ring one time and flashing led.)

Any ideas plaese help ASAP.

No luck on this one, you connot let a station ring if it is busy.
You could place a second station with bridged keys, this station will ring the second line.

I would think that your request to have the phone continualy ringing would rapidly anoy the receptionist & cause quite a distraction to the call in progress anyway.

Sometimes it is better to persuade a customer of a more sensible method of operation - Give them what they want, not necesarily what they ask for.

i agree with retsila, the ringing would become annoying. I would recommend the Softconsole. It works great with handling multiple calls.
