I put this thread again, as the former gave no final answer

IP 4602 are about 25 + who are presenting this problem. when spending time with no activity, low ringer volume to a minimum audible.
I'm thinking it is a firmware problem (2.3) of 4602 or failure of PoE switch (low energy)
Somebody help me

Look on the TFTP server where the phone get the 46xxsettings.txt file, open it and search for:

#################### AUDIBLE ALERTING #######################
##
## Specifies the audible alerting setting for the telephone
## and whether users may change this setting.
##
## A value of 0 turns off audible alerting; user cannot
## adjust ringer volume at all.
## A value of 1 turns on audible alerting; user can adjust
## ringer volume but cannot turn off audible alerting.
## A value of 2 turns off audible alerting; user can adjust
## ringer volume and can turn off audible alerting.
## A value of 3 turns on audible alerting; user can adjust
## ringer volume and can turn off audible alerting.
## The default value is 3.
##
SET AUDASYS 3 <----- change it into 3

thanks for replying,
this is one of the options that I'm driving, but the client does not have a TFTP server and I install it on the laptop
Tomorrow I should be doing these tests

The Manager app works as a tftp server...Thats weird that the volume gradually goes down.

is true, the Manager of IPO has a TFTP Server. this case is focused on CM 3.1.2
However, this issue is related to the 4602 specifically, so it also affects IPO

ok, update phones to 2.9 sp1 and change the 46xxsetting as indicated
results when I have them notice

thanks to all
