1100 is Key 0.
If I should call 2050
Ring No Answer
The call Forwards to 1943
1943 is Key 0
1943 is a Duty Phone manned 24/7

Where is the Ring No Answer "Forward" programmed?

2050 does have CallPilot

How do you assign a DID number in the switch?
I am told a DID can not be reached because the number is unassigned in the PBX.

What digits are you receiving from your carrier? 10 digits? 7? 4?
look at your trunks and routes for incoming calls right now.
