We have a menu(Call Pilot) on the incoming lines(MICS) setup with Select 1 for Sales, Select 2 for Technical support and so on. When you select 1 the call should transfer to 221 and then to 222 and then to 223. What is happening is that the caller will hear 4 rings and the call will disconnect when 1 is selected. Other options such as Select 2 are transferring to the proper extensions. Does anyone have any ideas?

Ck the path number one and make sure it is set to transfer to 221
and 221 has at least 2 I/C buttons

I will do that. Thanks for your response.
