Ring DLC then to A/A #1 1

I've tried for the best of me, but cannot recall how to have lines ring to a DLC and then get answered by A/A? I've spent so long in IP-Land I can't recall how to do this?

All the lines are appearing and ringing on the console, however tehy are getting answered by the ladies' VM and I need to assign the lines to delay ring on 777.

HELP! My memory is going south.
 
Well - something is a little strange here. Post a complete printout of the Group Calling report (All Groups) - run the ALL groups version. What you posted earlier is for just two groups (7928 and 7929).

What happens when you intercom the Operator extention - does voicemail answer? after how many rings? do any other phones ring when the operator extention is intercommed?

No, only the operator phone (EXT 10) rings when 10 is dialed internally.

If you call 10 internally, it rings 4x and then goes to her VM (works just fine).

If you are external and dial 10, it rings forever.

I will get a print out sometime tomorrow.

Lokks like part of your list is missing - the report stops at Group 780. The only one that seems partly in use is 770 - there is one line assigned ther (Line 811) - but no members. What is that Group for?? Are these for Queue announcements?? I'd still like to see the rest of the report continuing with Group 780 to the end - AND also a Printout for Extention 10.

I posted all of it - I needed three posting as it was so long.
 
I'm unclear why it says she is in 7927, as when I inspect the members in a printout, there are no members in that group. I have even gone in and added her and removed here, but it still says shes there.

Not sure if that is the source of my problem?

OK - now do a Print of Extention 10 and also a Print of Group Coverage - then we'll have all the infi needed. I still don't understand why all of the above groups are there. It looks like at least two are unncessary overflows to voicemail: 7927 and 791. I would just delete the overflow of those two groups to 7929.

Get rid of the overflow from 7927 to 7928. Just go into Overflow - keyin 7927 and then press delete (7928 will already be listed). I still want to see the Group Coverage report.

Also her "Cover Delay" setting (under Extentions, Kore, More, Cover Delay) - for Group Coverage is too high at 5 rings. Set it back to the default of 3. (That alone may solve your problem - but it sure is part of it).
