Right fax error (Waiting for phone expansions )

I am not sure that you are in the right place!
Is the rightfax server running through an IP Office?
If so, is it using analogue brooktrout cards or Basic Rate ISDN?
If it is using analogue - can you make an external outbound call from all the analogue ports that rightfax uses? If you can't, look at the programming for those extensions and post back
If you have ISDN connectivity, you need to look at the programming in some detail.
Do you use a code to dial externally? You have programmed that into rightfax haven't you (you also might try taking that out)
If all that fails - you could try speaking to your rightfax maintainer
