Restrict No VDN Calls

Hi,

We set up an emergency extension, want to only receive a call through the vdn and not from the extension directly.
Don't have a clue, how to do it? Any help will be appreciated.

Set up a new COS (Class of Service) for the station and another for the VDN.

Allow any COS to dial the COS of the VDN but only the VDN COS to dial the emergency extension COS.

I think you mean cor not cos

Thanks it works we defined a COR for the VDN and other for the extension.
