Restart if I add DNS to Application Server network config? Date and Time?

Hi,

NTP is not working on our IPO Application Server. I think it's because it doesn't have a DNS server configured and the NTP server is listed by name. I don't know why it ever had the right time, but it's wrong now :)

I could add a DNS server, but the manual seems to indicate that saving the network settings could initiate a restart. It's in the section about changing the IP address, so I'm not sure it will restart for any network setting, but I can't do it if I don't know for sure.

I could also just change the NTP server to an IP address, I'm pretty sure that will not restart anything. IPO 11.0.4.3

So, will either of those changes stop anything?
