We recently migrated to a Cisco VoIP system and are wishing to clear everything from our old Norstar system to prepare it to sell to another company. I have only administered this equipment to reset passwords, set up new extensions, set up hunt groups, etc. Very basic stuff. Can someone help me with this process or point me in the right direction?
The only information I have is that it is a Norstar MICS and we had M7310 phones. We wish to clear voicemails, phone #s, speed dials, etc...basically back to factory defaults.
