Resetting Norstar Flash NTAB2455

We have moved this unit to another site but cannot get thru the password sequence. Is there a way to reset this unit to factory defaults?

You can reset the VM password to factory default. It is covered in the FAQs, and many times in this forum.

You can also do an entire reset/ re-install if that’s what you want, once the admin PW has been reset.

Thanks bkrike - But I must be blind, I have looked in the FAQs and I don't see anything that tells me how to reset the VM password to factory default. Unless this is the procedure that uses the REINSTALL password and if that's the case I didn't realize this was a complete reset.

Press "Feature" 9 8 5
Press 9
Display will prompt you to enter password:
Enter the password 73738767793
Press OK

Display will read:

RESET PASSWORD:
YES NO Choose YES

The administrator password has been reset to the default as follows:
If you have two digit intercom numbers the default password is 120000
If you have three digit intercom numbers, the default password is 1020000
If you have four digit intercom numbers, the default password is 10020000
