Hello All,
In release 4x you were able to reset an ip-phone or ip-network-region and then the phone restarted and picked up the settingsfile.
In release 5x when the phone is given a reset it won,t pick up the settingsfile because it looks like it is only discovering instead of restarting.
It looks like the only way to get the settingsfile is to poweroff the poe of the switches.
Anyone know why this has been changed or what to do????

Thx

knoester, did you try disabling near end establishes TCP socket on page 2 of the network regions that the phones are in you're trying to reset. See if this helps you. Its at the bottom of page 2 of the region form.

I tried it but whitout succes.
Thanks anyway.
