This is usually from a windows update on the workstation. Its typically one you cant uninstall either.
You can do a factory reset of the workstation(must be the bios reset)
Or can try this;
For workstation 620 & 650 you must copy ntidn.sys from 5.5 installation disk (System32\Drivers) to C:\Windows\SysWOW64\drivers and reboot workstation.
After reboot you will have no problem.
Once you reset make sure the workstation is set to check for updates but not download or install.
Look for port driver updates and exclude/hide them.
