really, well I've already tried to install it - so far the installation went very smooth. But when I looked up simphony reports on the R&A such as (Employee Closed Check, Void Reason, etc) it throws me an error that said "Database Query Error" and in R&A 9.x we can't see the details of the errors just like in 8.5.x version. But on the other hand, the default R&A reports such as Daily Ops or Today ops or even Transaction summary (the drill-down reports) are working just fine. It's only the AdHoc Simphony Report on R&A just didn't work. Any idea, what steps did I missed?
@cherifbj have you install R&A 9.x? can you open all the simphony reports such as Employee Closed Check report or another adhoc simphony reports on R&A? Since I've tried to reinstall & switch the report templates, still doesn't work.
Log in M organization. Go to your Organization from Admin -> Portal. Edit and at the end of the screen, enter Simphony DB login details. Save and restart the server. It should solve the issue.
@Dananjaya I didn't found any simphonydb credential field. I only found the opera fields below. Would you mind giving me a screenshot? I already did log in as sysadmin to M organization but haven't found any simphonydb field as you said
@portalriki, I don't have access to the site as of now. But this is how I resolved the exact issue. Try with Super Admin which is CORE_USER ID is ZERO.
@Dananjaya I found it, last question (i hope) just to reconfirm do you fill the below-highlighted field "DB Suffix"? What exactly did you put in there?
