Report? 1

I have a Invoice that is a report created by a form. I need to creat a button that gives me a report of all the Invoices from last year.

You need to create a query that selects the records you require and then link the report to the query.

I did that but I will only print one of the Invoices not all of them.

Did you mean it will only print one of the invoices? If so, the query must be selecting only that record, for some reason. If the report is correctly linked to a query that correctly selects the invoices for the year concerned, then it should print all of them. Without specific details of the query you are using it is difficult to diagnose further.

I ran the same query that I had for the report for a single invoice. and took off the filter so that all the information should have populated.

Have you checked the query results to make sure they produce all the invoices you require? Also check that there is not still a filter appearing in the Filter property for the report as this sometimes lingers even after the underlying query has been changed. Finally, I take it that when you run the report, there is only one page and you cannot step through the pages using the navigatoin buttons at the bottom.

yea only one page. there is nothing in the filter my query has all the info for each invoice in it just will not creat more than one for the report

I got it I just had to go to the properties and force a page thanks.
