Replay CCR Main Menu

I set up a simple single level CCR tree with 5 transfer points. After a caller listens to the home menu message I want the caller to be able to replay the menu. The home menu is path 0 so should pressing 0 take you back (replay) the menu? Currently pressing 0 tries to reach the operator, which is unavailable, and then dumps the caller to the general delivery mailbox.

If the answer is to disable the general delivery mailbox then my next question is... is there a way to have 0 replay the home menu AND keep the general delivery mailbox enabled?

Forgot to include info on the VM system.. it's a Startalk Flash v2.1.00

In order to replay the menu on a Flash when pressing 0 you will have to disable the GMB and set the option of return to AA.

F983 > AA > Greeting > AA > Return to AA = Y

F982 > ATDT Available = N

Should you need to send callers to a receptionist use a transfer node in the CCR ie: "Press X for all other sll othe enquiries"

As Marv wrote, Return to AA must be set to Y. I'm thinking you can then press the * key to replay the menu.

Brian has a point as well. You could add "Press * to replay this menu" to your Path 0 instructions.
