Hi, i need to replace TN798B card to TN2402.
I know that tn798B board supports g3v6 up to g3v8
tn2402 board supports g3v9 up to g3v13

The question is: Do i need to go to g3v9 step when upgrading to g3V11. I dont have g3v9 software flash card. Can i just load g3v8 translations on TN2402 card with g3v11 software?

Beginning with V10 a license file is required for anything to work.

There are upgrade steps to do just that. Process includes removing isdn x.25 communication links and processor channels, etc. so there is no corruption after the upgrade. The upgrade changes all this to packet bus and x.25 isdn is no longer supported. As Kevin pointed out, you also need an Avaya RFA license file with the serial number of the tn2402 after the upgrade.

you will need tn799 for clan integration as well as a flash card for the newer software.
