I have an extension that I believe used to part of a group, that I'd like to free up for use. When I do a PRT of all extensions, it lists this:

DN 6619
TYPE ACDN

And that's. I'd like to change it to a 3902 and give it a TN. The rest of our phones look like this:

DN 6617
CPND
NAME GLEN METZ
XPLN 13
DISPLAY_FMT FIRST,LAST
TYPE SL1
TN 005 0 00 02 KEY 00 H MARP DES A10023 17 JAN 2003
(3902)

Any help would be appreciated. I can't just out the phone in LD20 because there is no TN associated with it. I'm stuck. Thank you.

It's probably a dummy acd que. You can out it in ld 23

That did it. I was about to out it (OUT->ACD, pretty good guess on my part), then cpy an existing extension onto 6619. Thank you much.
