Hi,

I searched and searched again, I found this topic. But nothing works.

On an installation where user rights prohibit voicemails, where voicemails are disabled on users configuration, we have this option which refers to the user voicemail, it is still improbable ...

How to remove this key during an incoming call ?
 
if you're using vmpro, you could disable the mailbox from within the vmpro client software

I'm using Server Edition so I use vmpro.
I've disabled voicemail for some extensionsin vmpro + in user config on IPO.


But to vm is still available but VM says that it is not possible to let a message, but it isn't really what I want, because users could still send calls to an non existing vm :/ ...
 
in VM Pro set the users leave option to dial their own extension?

set the leave action to the Manager of the person and show where the call comes from via the TAG.
But I am mean :)

OR
give them analog phones instead of the digital / IP phone
