Remote PN G650 Resetting Issue

We have Remote G650 ( critical reliable) media gateway connected thru DS1C converter complex ( Not IPSI Controlled) . At Peak Times the Media gateway keeps resetting again & again,logging out all CSRs.

Another issues faced are silent calls, drop calls etc.
We have already checked the Blocking in terms of TDM Bus, PN Time Slots etc. every thing is okay within limits.

The following are the symptoms during peak
1. G650 Media resets throwing EXP-INTF alarm.
2. The Incoming calls are silent.
3. List measure tone-resourecs of this PN shows high tone resource use & there is high number in off-pn requirement.
4. All agents are logged out again & again.
5. No Blocking from the TDM/Pn side.
6. Once Traffic is reduced, the problem is resolved automatically.

Another Thing to share with you, The DS1C link with G650 is connected thru the Microwave Link.Does the Microwave link is causing these issues?

Does Any one have any experiences with Microwave Links for remote Port Networks.

Sounds like there is connection but the registration is gone
No sounds means signaling and no speech routing
I think you have a bad card

This isn't made up!!!

I had an office, where the link would go down at the same time every day.

The microwave link had to cross over a river.

At the same time every day a very large fisheries boat would pass the link, and low and behold the link went down.

We either had to sink the boat or put in a new solution.

NOT MADE UP!!!!

Actually we had replaced all key hardware & important boards yesterday.Yet today again Two PNs went down at the same time.

Now we strongly suspect the microwave link? Is it happening due to Link? How to be certain about it?

We also noticed some ES & SES ( Error seconds & Severe Error Seconds) on the "li measure ds1-facility log"report. Just before the reset it shwed 4 seconds of ES/SES.

We are also planning to upgrade the IPSI versions, will it help?
