remote office line

I am an IP Ofiice technician trying to help a local non profit with a BCM50. the BCM50 is at the main office and has 4 line and 10 digital extensions. there are 3 IP phones at a remote office. Line 065 is the remote office line and should ring 4 times, if not answered start ringing at the main office. Currently line 065 is displayed on the phones and can be accessed for outgoing calls in the remote office. But doesn't ring, instead rings immediately at the main office.

Any help wound be appreciated!

Do ypu have the Element manager on your PC? To access the BCM.

Yes I have access to it via Element manager.

Under Telephony/sets/active sets/ click on the remote sets/line access and see if line 65 is set to appear and ring on thoes sets. Then do the same for the set at the main,make it appear only. Now for if not answered to ring the main. You could put in the foward no answer the extension of the main phone.
