Is that possible can remote access through Analog modem remote to IPO 500v2 without ATM trunk card??i tried to configured but return busy tone.

thanks all...

i tried to create one ,incoming call route placed a number on incoming number field, and created 1 user with dial in enable and placed login/password.but it return busy tone when i use external call that number.

whoops.. sorry about that.

I glossed over the fact that you have a IP500.
The internal modem is for the IP400

How about connecting a remote desktop solution to the computer that manages the control unit?

LogMeIn is a good one.

You can connect over the internet and manage the system.

thanks you...i just want to clarity is that modem remote access need the ATM trunk card.i`m trying find a way to through real IP to remote it,because the ipo system is behind a NAT route.do yo u familiar on this issue??

If you have PRI then you could connect using a ISDN modem.
