My customer wants to remote call forward her extension to an answering service. The main telephone number comes in on a Pri and is routed to her extension. They have night service set up to go to an Audix auto attendant from which the calling party can dial extensions.
If she remote call forward off prem I'm afraid things will get confused. She wants to be able to control when it goes and when it doesn't (she has an NS button).
Ant suggestions would be appreciated.
