I have a strange one that i assume is tied to the firewall VPN, but need to know what ports or items on a firewall could be blocking this. Customer changed firewalls and now the remote 500v2 is connected via SCN and calls route, but the remote site shows voicemail pro as none in system status. This was working fine prior to swapping firewalls so that has to be the culprit, but trying to identify what is blocking voicemail only at the remote site. The main site (which has preferred edition and voicemail pro is located) is connected to Voicemail Pro and no issues. They are both 500v2 at R11 and the remote site has centralized voicemail pro with line set for the main location (again this was working prior to the new firewall). Have tried rebooting and turning off direct media (shouldn't affect VM Pro but trying anything)
Does anyone have an idea of what would block VM Pro at the remote site but allow the SCN to be up?
Much apprecited!
