Use your phone to make the call and do a trac on the DN in LD 80

Is this how you trac the DN? When I put in my TN it gave me the keys but did nothing when I dialed this number.

It isn't showing me anything when I dial the number. Should I be seeing the trying to be made? Or do I view it somewhere else? Sorry I have never tracked anything before.

Thanks acewarlock
When I do trac 0 5920 it shows my TN and that it's IDLE. When I call the number I don't see anything.

Type everything in to LD 80 and dial the number and as you dial the last number hit the return key on the Terminal. it's a matter of timing to get it right, because as soon as you get the busy sig the connention breaks.

Also in your CLS FBA is used only if you want calls to your DID number to go to the ATTN if your on the phone. Change it to CLS FBD. FBD has nothing to do with calls going to HUNT or FDN.

Oh Wow Thanks! But I have no idea what it's saying. Can you help me out. I edited it and put those # signs in.

So the Call is leaving your switch and going to the phone company. But the problem is your sending the 9 to the TELCO. in LD 90 prtint the NPA and see what RLI it points to and goto LD 86 and print the RLI and see if it has a DMI table. Post that info here so I can see it.

The problem is in your programming.

The dailed number is 91361 but the Called number is showing 1361.

Good catch! It's the TELCO translations then, call the Phone company.

May be a new NPA/NXX combo for the Phone company. I see this all the time with mostly new Cell phone NXX's in my company.

Thanks so much guys. So contact my long distance carrier with this ticket?

So I called in a ticket and they said it was because the customer didn't have call waiting. Can you believe that!
