Am I missing something here?
I have an .rpt based on a Crystal .qry (Crystal Reports v8) that has been running fine for weeks. I added an extra field into the dataset returned by the .qry, and can I get the .rpt to acknowledge the update to the .qry? Not a hope.
I have tried:
- Verify database
- Close and restart Crystal Reports
- Set Location
- Log Off and Log On to database
I know that the new field (column) appears when I run the .qry file in isolation. I also know that the report has picked it up because all the data coming from columns after the new column is now showing the adjacent column's data (ie. it seems to be working off the column number rather than name).
But when I click on Database Fields > Query, the new column is not listed.
Thanks for any tips for kick-starting my report.
