Redirection Time of Day 1

More new territory for me.

I'm working with a TN that has CLS RTDA with AFD and AHNT set to go to the same ACD that is NCFW to an external answering service. I thought I was controlling call flow using a CallPilot voice app that I built with a time of day schedule.

Printing the RDR_data, I get this:

Does this data indicate that there is no schedule set and that I can change CLS to RTDD with no change as to how it's been functioning?
 
There hasn't been any changes set in the RDR table to allow the redirection to work.
