Redial Becoming Major Issue

Hi

We have recived 1608-I Phones , User trys to dial from the Call Log , when users pres call system inserts 91 , so user cant dial out

Call Log shows correct Incoming number , EX 03984507

After hiting call button system dials 9103984507

9 is the ARS code , from where system inserting digit 1 , i cant figurout

I did the upgarde of phones frimware to latest 1.3 still it behaves the same

Any help on this highly appriciated

You need to make changes to the 46xxsettings.txt file.

How do you WANT it to behave in the above example, and how long is your dialplan?

Our Extn Plan is 3 Digits , i did 46XX setings but it did not work

As per the above example , when user picks the external number from the Missed call List , once preses the call key system shoudl dial

903984507 , not 9103984507

Can you give me some 46XX settings details , below is my settings

I am only changing in Enhanced Local Dialling rules ,

After editing the settings file did you Mute craft clear the phone?

NO i only power down the phone & repowered it , i need to clear the Phone as advcied by you or power down is ok
