You probably have a power supply out like a ring generator or one is turned off. Have your vendor check if nothing is obvious. Could also be your fans in the pedestal
That indicates a problem found by the system monitor.
Some things you can check include:
The pedestal blower
The system monitor TTY port
Make sure each power supply in the column is on
You should see alarms on the TTY associated with the system monitor.

You can look and see on each shelf and see if all the power supplies on the left side of teh shelf have green lights.

Definatly make sure the fan isrunning.

bottom front, 2 screws, actually, can you feel air blowing up the column, or just feel/hear the fan down low?

Seems like you have a major problem for the cores to have no power.
Whenever you have a red column light, go to
ld 37
stat xsm
Look up all error messages and you'll be able to identify the problem.
