IS-IT--Management
I'm putting together a disaster recovery plan, and our current phone system is currently a concern. We are using a different vendor for support other than the original company that sold us the system. It's a Nortel MICS with Call-Pilot 150, and I would like to purchase and keep spare equipment. One area of concern that I have uncovered, is that we don't have all our key codes. I only have 37/79 key codes.
Since Nortel is gone, it looks like Avaya now has the "Nortel Key Code Retrieval System (KRS), however I have tried to apply for access, and my requests go unanswered. Is the only way to get a list of my key codes, to work with an authorized reseller? Isn't there an easier way for us to get the licenses that our company has paid for, or is this going to be something that is not that easy to get?
Many thanks,
Bruce
