recording issue

Hi we are using CM 8.1 with J series SIP Phones. We also have a Mynavoice machine recording our support techs calls, we are using using J129 series phone at Tech support. The customer is saying that Mynavoice is not recording the call went unanswered, i mean if user didnot pick the calls and if support tech hangs up then this call is not recording. However when we use H.323 phones (Avaya 9608, or 1616) then mynavoice starts recording the calls as support tech lift hand set for dialout, mean also record miss calls.

Can somebody help how can i configure J129 SIP phone to send some sort of signal like H.323 phone so that Mynavoice starts call.
 
You asked a similar question before. How does Mynavoice actually record the call (AES, port mirror,…) and have you asked them how to configure their application to do what you want?
