Have something weird going on where a bunch of people are calling one of our toll free numbers and seem to just be sitting in the auto attendant menu.
(At least as far as I can see from system status)

How do I setup call recording on an Auto Attendant?

I tried adding voice recording to the incoming call route, but it doesn't seem to work.

Connect the Timeout and Invalid options to a counter, test it the counter value is 3 (or whatever), if false send back to the menu, but if true disconnect.

What type of voicemail and how many channels? Check in System Status resources.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Potentially robo-callers that cannot enter DTMF tones.
An inherited customer had advised that there was a huge spike in their toll free minutes. Checked Chronicall and saw that it was the same number disconnecting at roughly 56 minutes every time. Added a time-out disconnect, problem solved.

I ended up just forwarding the 1800 number to my line to see what they were doing.
They don't say or dial anything, just sit there driving up our phone bill ?

Anyway I setup a disconnect so that will solve the issue,
Thanks for the help everyone.
