Hi!, one questions for the experts XD.

In my manager don't exist the fuction "Call Record" or " Record Call" or similar.

¿What is the best way to record a key using a short code?. I am using a VMPRO.

no way....my manager is in spanish but i can't see any similar option...i think the translation is very baadd..

PD: In Sopthone I can record a call in my voicemail. Is it possible to record the call in my hard disk?

It will be there but translated badly as you say, and no the system does the recording not the softphone so it goes in your mailbox

Start the manager software in english and never use another language again.
All docs and help files are in english so why using another language?
Press the RTFM key in manager and read how to change the language of the manager.

Solved..

Only for your information..in Spanish CallRecord is "Registro de llamada". Impossible to translate this.

XD.

But in this way I record my incoming or outgoing call. Can I record a call received in other extension from my extension and record it in my voicemail?
