Dec 22, 2009 Thread starter #22 AlexPQI IS-IT--Management Dec 15, 2009 13 US I was able to figure this out. I set up a shortcode that goes to a Voicemail Pro module. From there I was able to build a call flow that recorded the calls and rings. Upvote 0 Downvote

Dec 22, 2009 #23 hairlessupportmonkey IS-IT--Management Aug 26, 2009 8,233 NZ if you want basic call reporting thats easy to run / maintain / use and is cheap. http://www.pabxsoft.com its good entry level stuff, and generally will tell you most things you need. proteus is f**ken horrible and I hate it. Id rather spend a day poking my eyes with hot needles, than sit there and configure reports on proteus. Tims is good, and its locally made software. another nice product is chronicall. http://www.ximasoftware.com/chronicall/index.php easy to set up and configure, and will have real time stats (soon) and incorporates a call recording module. this is cradle to grave reporting.
