Also as the system does not record internal calls it will wait until dialling is at least party complete before it sees the call as eligable for recording
It's unusual to want ro record statistics over which you have no control, but that's besides the point, a call logger would better suit this requirement but TBH I don't know if any give those kind of stats I imagine they could
Thinking about I'm sure Delta server will provide this information and is free, it will save someone sitting there listening to ring tone with a stop watch
CCC Agent Trace reports shows how long it takes to connect internal and external calls. Naturally you would have to have the license and software installed. Delta would spit out the data but naturally you would have to sift through them.
Yeah I suppose you are right. Can the guy with the timer take a cookie break? What kind of peer pressure is exerted as you stare at the one who dials the phone?
At the moment, I'm running Delta Server, and creating a lots of SMDR files.
These files is then being used i a software, called "Call Accounting Mate", but I'm not happy with the result of that program.
I am then looking for a new way, to create reports, of call's comming in, at our main IPO.
And if there is anyway, I would like to have, if the reports could show me, calls comming in at our IP lines at well.
Can anybody help me with that?
P.
Question: What are you good ad?
Answer: I'm GOOD in bed.
Yesterday I slept 9 hours.
Praest, as with most things you get what you pay for, there are a few call logging programmes out there that will give much better reports including other/multiple trunks, oak and CTI Proteus are an example
