where avaya store recording file.

any suggestion are appreciate

VM pro on windows or application server?

In case of windows. Is the VM pro service running as 'Administrator' or 'local' ?

VM on Windows 10.
run as Administrator

Do you have enough VMPro channels available?
Does VMPro have any rights to write to the disk?

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

1. I wouldn't exactly be thunderstruck to discover that a mailbox doesn't exist/fully operate until someone has either left an message in it or the user has accessed it.

2. Ditto really. Don't mess with recording until you've confirmed basic voicemail operation, ie. leave the user a message and collect the message.

3. Make sure you leave a recording. The voicemail server will discard anything under a few seconds so you can't just say "Test, test, test" and hangup.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

I think sizbut is spot on, first test basic VM featues then use a short code or button to start a manual recordeing.

There's a Leave callflow for mailbox 19. What does that do to messages (or recordings) left in that mailbox?
