I have a quick question
can we intiate voice calls as a phone from The receptiomist soft console software
or we'll need hard phone for that & it's only used for call control

But what's the issue if a receptionist used a softphone
Can't I set programming buttons & indication buttons for him ?
Not really, it doesn't even do supervised transfers, softphones are a temporary fix for travelling users thy aren't a substitute for a proper handset, not for receptionists and certainly not for agents etc (if you were considering that)
