Hi,

Apparently I've had this issue going on for a while and nobody has bothered to tell me. Anyway, when you receive a phone call from the main number, it shows up unknown on the caller ID of whatever phone it is. I am running Avaya IP Office Manager 9.0.4.0. Any direction is much appreciated.

Thanks!

Having a similar issue on 9.1.1 with PRI, calls to cell phones are coming up as Unknown

I tried changing the Provider on the PRI config to each of the options
Also tried changing the ARS removing the si5556667777, but the same issue persists.

My deskphone the CID comes in fine

You service provider might not allow forwarding incoming CLI to the cell phones.

I just got off the phone with the provider, Windstream.
It appears one of the fields we are sending " Screening indicator: Reserved for ‘User Provided, Passed Network Screening’" is not correct. For the life of me I cant find any reference to that information anywhere in the PRI settings for IP Office.

Usually it's enough to set the following on the PRI card, some providers require that the number is sent in national format which would require a Dial shortcode with .SSi

Send original calling party for forwarded and twinning calls: Default = Off. (Release 9.0.3)
Use the original calling party ID when forwarding calls or routing twinned calls. Note that the values on the System | Twinning tab override this if set. This setting is mergeable.

This setting applies to the following ISDN lines:
· PRI24 with subtypes PRI, ETSI and ETSI CHI
· PRI30 with subtypes ETSI and ETSI CHI

Windstream did confirm we are sending as National, I will check that call party and see if there is a change
