Recalls from ACD-agents to OWS 2

Hi all,

We have the problem that calls transferred by OWS to ACD-group don't fall back to the originating OWS at No Answer.
Any ideas how to solve this?

We have BC12 SP11 and DNA5.2 SP4

NCCOI is showing professionality here. I am not insulted, its the way you response from the help of others. If I only knew that you will just embarassed my solution than thanking me, I will reverse the time and will not give you the solution you are begging from the very start of your post here. I rarely check tek-tips but if I give solution its guarantee. But if the kind of person I will help is like you, I am really disappointed. I am working as level 3 MD110 system specialist and moving to MX-ONE and hoping to be an expert on this new system. Good luck to NCCOI, I know you will change your id here because no one will help you now. You are really a professional and hope you will be an expert in this system. Cheers...

But i was really amaized about the two same solutions at the same time, really, i was!! That's all.
