Recalls from ACD-agents to OWS 2

Hi all,

We have the problem that calls transferred by OWS to ACD-group don't fall back to the originating OWS at No Answer.
Any ideas how to solve this?

We have BC12 SP11 and DNA5.2 SP4

Because i'm not kidding. It's really true.
Two same solutions at the same date and time.

NCCOI is showing professionality here. I am not insulted, its the way you response from the help of others. If I only knew that you will just embarassed my solution than thanking me, I will reverse the time and will not give you the solution you are begging from the very start of your post here. I rarely check tek-tips but if I give solution its guarantee. But if the kind of person I will help is like you, I am really disappointed. I am working as level 3 MD110 system specialist and moving to MX-ONE and hoping to be an expert on this new system. Good luck to NCCOI, I know you will change your id here because no one will help you now. You are really a professional and hope you will be an expert in this system. Cheers...

It's really not that i wouldn't thank you for your solution, which i will do now. Thank you for your help, man. Daddy is right. Star for you!
But i was really amaized about the two same solutions at the same time, really, i was!! That's all.

And i will not change my id. If no one will help me anymore, so be it. But i know it was not my intention to harm anyone, i had no bad intentions at all. Believe it or not! That's all i can say.
