I am trying to re-translate user dialed information calls. I.E. the customer dials 1411, 411 or (xxx)555-1212 and then have the system re-translate the digits dialed to 1-800-free-411. I can think of several work-around's with restrictions and speed dial but didn't know if this could be done. I did not have any luck using routes either. Any suggestions?

create a destination code for 1411, etc....absorb all....send to route with external number 1800free411. (Or 91800free411 if needed)

Good idea! That works for 411 and 1411. Any recommendations for (xxx)-555-1212. Destination codes will only let me input one wild character and programming a destination code for every area code would take days? Thanks for the help.
