Guys,

i would like to force all extensions/users to be prompted with a password to access their voicemail, reason being, it's an open floor with several depts and they don't want anyone to simply access someone else's voicemail.

Remove the V(EXT#) from the user source numbers.

or in the default collect callflow, add a Get Mail action and put $ in the PIN field on its Start tab.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
