In my Device Manager I have RAS Async Adapter marked with yellow exclamation sign.
When try to uninstall it receiving:
“Failed to uninstall the device. The device may be required to boot up the computer”
Please let me know how I can fix it.

Bronan, the Athlon II X2 is a 64bit processor, which will run x86 code just fine... meaning you can install a 32bit OS (XP for instance) with no problem, but I would go Windows 7 64bit, which can also run 32bit software...

How to ask a question, when posting them to a professional forum.
Only ask questions with yes/no answers if you want "yes" or "no"

If you do go 64 bit Win7, I'd suggest getting at least 4GB of Ram, not 2GB as is listed in the product listing. If you want to install 2GB of RAM only, then I would definitely stick to 32 bit.

Finally , famous RAS Async Adapter problem sorted.
What I have done ?
Removed Registry entry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E972-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002bE10318}/ 0001 ( Before Exported it ), reboot and after deleted Ras Async Adapter with yellow sign.
In Service change settings for Remote Access Auto Connection Manager from “Manual” to “Automatic” , then Return entry 0001 for RAS Async Adapter in the Registry- reboot and my Device Manger appear clean now with RAS Async Adapter 2# fully operating, as hidden device.
Hope this will help other people who have problem as it was mine.
