If we have a non-published service activated on the T1 PRI service provider, then even we configure the PBX by sneding out caller ID, there will still show "unknown number" or "private" on far end phone?
One of my clent added a T1 PRI line to their PBX, but all outgoing calls via this line shows "unknown number" on the far side. I checked the PBX setting, caller ID had been configured. Then I checked the T1 bill, there is a service fee as "Non-published service".
So I wonder that is the reason why they can not send out caller ID via this line, even the PBX confiured properly.
