"Logged Out" Appears on M2616

Hi,

I have an M2616 and for some reason it shows Logged Out on the display. I was wondering why it's showing this? and how do you get rid of it? Is it related to the phone or the phone programming?

presumably it has a make set busy key - post a tnb of the set

IF IT SAYS LOGGED OUT IT IS AN ACD AGENT THAT HAS DONE JUST THAT LOGGED OUT. IN ORDER FOR THEM TO TAKE CALLS THEY NEED TO LOG BACK IN

if you didn't make it a acd agent on purpose, disu the station, out it and put it back in. you should have acd xxxx 0 xxxx on one of the buttons, for a login button. if not you have agn in the class and no way to log in. fyi: when agn or spv is in class and you prt the tnb, those two class marks will not show..
