"Display Name Preference" In Telephony TUI not working on Avaya IPO 500V2 10.1 1

Hi,

The "Display Name Preference" under TUI in Telephony tab is not working anymore on 10.1
The system is an Avaya IPO 500V2 on 10.1.0.1.0 build 3
When tuned on i used to see the user's name appear on their phone display and only their extension.
As an example "221 reception desk" not it only shows 221. i'm using 1416 and 1408.
I've had it tested and working with the same model of phones.
Did anyone else experiences that issue?
Any tips on how to get the name to display on the phone screen again?

Could the handset have reverted to factory settings after the upgrade.

Click features
phone settings
Display settings
Display name.

Is this turned on or off?
