"CW" on 2250 console display

Good Afternoon All,

I think I have run into this before, but I can't remember what I did to clear it. Even when the console has no calls in queue, the display still shows "CW: 1". When a call then comes in, it shows "CW: 2". It is as if the console always sees a call. The TN and SETN both stat IDLE. I have tried outing and rebuilding, also have tried unplugging and plugging console back in (a favorite solution of Nortel), both to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

I had a similar issue about a year and a half ago. Check to see if any of the buttons on the console are stuck.

Thanks McGruff, but all the buttons are alright. I did check that also.
