Avaya 8720,CM 4.0
When we dial a certain number, our list trace shows an extra line:
"ALERT trunk group 6"
This seems to happen when only 1 particular number is dialed.
Any ideas of what the Alert trunk group actually does?
I have taken out some numbers and replaced them below with * and the users extension number has been replaced by 1234 just for anonymity by me for the forums.
