Agents need to have a MWI on their M3904 when a voice mail is left in the Queue's VMB. Any help will be great.

Make an individual dn on the acd phone. then change the mwi dn on call pilot to that number instead of the acd dn

All agents need this MW indicator or one agent?

All Agents need MWI. Trason.....I'll give it a try and repost

You could also use an XMWK key if they have a spare button available.

Can't use XMWK as the PDN is VMB. All agents have a unique dn on their sets and that dn is listed in the MWI for the VMB. Added another scn to a set and made that a dn in the VMB and added a key xmwk 6000 28108 and that didn't work.

ok, so you have an acd phone. acd on key 0. an individual dn(single appearance) on another key. when the individual number gets a voicemail the red mwi lights. Right?

Add a new dn to the phones on key 6 (non ringing). them make key 5 xmwk for whatever key 6 is. Then have the acd voicemail box light the indicator for what ever key 6 is. to add an extended msg waiting key you have to have that dn on the phone. when the acd gets a voice mail key 5 will flash. basically you have to waste another dn for acd voicemail notification. I put it on key 6 and make it non ringing because no one should ever call that number. can you print out the tn of your phone?

the only message waiting waiting indication DN you need is 28108. 24932 should have it's own voice mail box that will handle the red MWI(If this is the only appearance of 24932). I am not familiar with Meridian Mail. I went from Octel straight to Call Pilot.

OK Trason806....I'll keep kicking around and see what I can turn up. Thanks for your input.
