OK, I did some searching and wasn't able to come up with anything relevant.
I'm using Acrobat 7.0.7 Standard, and Word 2003.
My Word source document has hyperlinks to internal locations, using either Word Bookmarks or Word Headings. I also have some hyperlinks created through cross-references.
However, when I convert this document to a PDF, the Word hyperlinks seem to take me to a totally random location in the document. In short, they don't work. On the Adobe forums, I thought I saw some indication this was a bug in 7.0.7, but I tried it in 7.0.5 and had the same results.
The cross-reference hyperlinks work great. Unfortunately, Word doesn't format the text like a hyperlink, so there is no underline, and it's not obvious in any way that there's actually a hyperlink there.
So, my questions are as follows:
1. Should Acrobat be handling these hyperlinks correctly? Or is this just not supported?
2. If it should, any suggestions as to what I could try?
Thanks!
Steve
