I have a question regarding how to view all the current users that are currently on calls. I was told that the IP Office Monitor program was able to do that. I'm currently using the IP 406 V2 running 3.2(53) and I am able to see alot of system messages, but it's a real time log, not just a list.

Also I would like to know people's opinions. We have a smaller number of people on the system, 21 in all, and I was wondering if anyone knew of a good way to generate reports for the users over a specific period of time. I'm looking to get number of calls and average call times.

To monitor the calls you can use the Call Status application which is included on the Administration CD.

For the reports: use DeltaServer to save SMDR records.

You can import SMDR in excel and create your own reports, the SMDR output is free of charge and the DeltaServer is on the Admin CD in the CBC folder.

Thanks Ieshna and intrigrant! Exactly what I am looking for.

I do have one follow up question for you intigrant. I've got the Delta Server service up and running and it's seeing my IP Office Server, however for the Event View it just shows: "Could not find Server on" and that's where the Event View message stops. The prior line says:
service Delta Server Service Available 4 0 5

Any thoughts?

J.

Update: I was able to get it to connect. I had to keep hitting the apply button on the Comms page. Took about 10 times or so but now it seems to be going.

Thanks for the help.
